A Tensile Membrane Structures life expectancy ranges between 10 and 30 years (subject to the fabric used) which can be helped with regular maintenance. Other structures also benefit from cleaning, for increased light penetration, aesthetic beauty, even just to reveal issues from damage which are hidden by dust, debris or dirt!
